Meet sarahbean Falo,
Founder + CEO of the Superdelight Parenting Project
Yes, Sarahbean is my actual name! After 25+ years as a nickname, I made it official.
Here's why I love it: it reminds me that we're all in this together, floating in the same wild soup called life.
And let's be real - this soup is getting pretty intense lately. Parents are navigating things our own parents never dreamed of: a post-pandemic world, the digital age, rising anxiety in kids, constant pressure to "do it all," climate worries, school safety concerns, and an economy that keeps us up at night.
But here's the beautiful thing: just like beans make soup richer and more nourishing, we make each other stronger. My role? I'm here to help you find your way through these uncharted waters, one small step at a time.
I see you and how hard you work to find balance within an onslaught of endless obstacles.
✦
You deserve to feel whole and confident in your parenting adventure.
Working with me, You'll learn some skills, like how to:
✦ Stop doubting yourself (you're actually doing better than you think)
✦ Navigate daily challenges with more confidence and less drama
✦ Understand what's really going on behind those challenging behaviors (and know exactly how to respond)
✦ Stay calm during tough moments, even when you're at your limit
✦ Trust your parenting instincts, even when everyone else has an opinion about how you "should" be doing things
✦
Why I’m here
Supporting parents with little ones isn't just my job - it's my calling.
Kids? They're my jam. I live for those magical moments when they notice the tiniest snail on a leaf that we totally missed. And those epic meltdowns where they somehow defy the laws of physics with their wide-open mouths during a sidewalk scream session? Yep, I get those too!
But let's be honest - being the grown-up in charge? It's exhausting. Like, deeply exhausting.
Between 3 AM Instagram scrolls about picky eating, that pit in your stomach when the school's number pops up on your phone, and trying to figure out why your kid just had a complete meltdown over their sandwich being cut "wrong," parenting can feel overwhelming. And when you've tried all the suggested strategies but your child is still struggling with big feelings and behaviors, it's natural to find yourself yelling or making empty threats - just to feel some sense of control in the chaos.

I’ve been an Early Childhood Educator, After-School Art Instructor, Certified Montessori Guide, Full-time Nanny, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Child-Centered Play Therapist.
Now, as a Parenting Coach, I am offering my 18 years of experience and expertise in these various roles to support YOU in finding your next right step so that you can show up for your child the way you intend to.
It’s hard work,
and full of learning opportunities.
One of the secret perks of the 24/7 job of being a parent: You will get so many chances to try a new and different way. And it can be excruciating to change our own behavior when we are in a pattern with our kiddos that leads to a yelling match (Bedtime battles! Separation stress! Transition tantrums!).
I am here for you!
